RecruitR Pty Ltd (ABN 29 121 762 703) ("RecruitR", "we", "us", "our") operates the website www.recruitr.com.au. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Our website, its job board and its forms are built, hosted and managed for us by our technology provider, Refari Pty Ltd ("Refari"). Refari handles the information described in this policy on our behalf and under our instructions.

By using our website, sending us an enquiry, applying for a role or registering with us, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled as this policy describes.

The personal information we collect

Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:

• your name and contact details, such as your email address, phone number and location;
• what you tell us in an enquiry or a form, including any file you attach, such as a job description;

We do not sell personal information.

Overseas disclosure

Our website and its data are hosted in Australia. Some of the service providers we use, such as email delivery and website analytics services, may store or process information overseas, including in the United States. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure the information is handled in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
