WHO WE ARE
RecruitR is a privately owned and operated, niche engineering recruitment consultancy.
Our stories began in 1999 and 2002 consecutively, when the Directors Mahlah and Simone started their careers at a large international publicly listed recruitment agency. After several years working at this firm, they become frustrated by the general ethos of the recruitment industry as a whole and the attitude of the firm they were working for, where the human aspect didn’t matter, and profit was the only driver.
They had both carved out a reputation in the firm they were working in as the top performers in the business nationally. However, they knew they had not reached this status by putting profit first, they knew they had a secret yet simple formula. Putting the job seeker and the client’s best interest first and creating a win-win for all, we know if our clients win and our job seeker wins, then we win. How do we do this? Well it is simple really…….we put you first and take the time to get to know you. We love to find out everything that makes you tick, your needs, wants and everything in between.
We believe there is so much more that goes into matching the right person to the right job than just ‘skills’ or ‘the position description’ alone and we love the process of getting to know you whether you are a job seeker or a client looking to grow your business. We set up Recruitr in 2007 to create a business that aligned with our belief that we could offer the recruitment industry something different, something better. We wanted to lift the profile of the recruitment industry and wanted to live our vision of creating an agency that does things the right way, ‘the way it should be.’
Fast forward to present day the proof is in the pudding. We have been operating for 19 years and have won many industry awards, but the real evidence is in our repeat business, long term client relationships and candidates who recommend us time and time again. Which we are forever grateful for.
