What is the Role
You will be positioned to support a senior engineer, being exposed to a range of structures projects, honing your skills in design, across site coordination and assisting with managing projects.
What do I need to be successful
- Bachelor Civil Engineering with 3+ post-grad experience in design engineering for high end residential, light industrial and commercial building structures projects (in Australia or NZ)
- Consulting or client side experience essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and personal drive
- On-the job training, range of mentors with time to coach
- Calm and balanced environment – not hectic push, push, push
- Highly flexible, supportive (and understanding) environment
- Security of a well-established business, with the sense of belonging in an employee owned one
- Paid overtime (if required, but overtime is not expected)
