I am a specialist recruiter operating within the engineering, environmental and planning sectors since 1999. Most importantly, I am passionate about getting the right match for both employers and employees. It’s what drives me to get up every day – the relationships I have (developed) with so many people within the industries I work in.

Being a specialist – I know my industry – the companies within it, team cultures and all the industry quirks that matter. I have an extensive network that I am constantly growing and learning from and with.

Recruitment is no longer about writing a good advertisement, to shortlist and fill the job. As a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, I am regularly asked for career advice salary benchmarking, or an honest assessment of a candidate’s fit for a specific role or organisation.
