You’ll work closely with experienced Principals and high‑calibre senior engineers, gaining exposure across a diverse range of projects — residential, commercial, industrial and everything in between. You’ll be trusted to take on responsibility while still having genuine support at your shoulder.

What you’ll be doing

• Structural design and delivery across a wide range of building projects
• Supporting and guiding graduates and junior engineers
• Working hand‑in‑hand with Principals and seniors on complex, interesting jobs
• Coordinating with clients, architects, builders and other disciplines
• Playing a key role in building the Sunshine Coast team’s capability and culture

What you bring

• 5–10 years’ building structural engineering experience
• Solid technical fundamentals and clean, reliable design output
• Experience across residential, commercial and/or industrial buildings
• Humility, maturity and a steady professional approach — zero ego
• An interest in mentoring others and stepping toward leadership
• A long‑term mindset and desire to be part of a growing, tight‑knit team
