The Role
You will take ownership of structural design and project delivery across major building developments including sporting facilities, public buildings, education, and commercial projects.

This is not a role where you are expected to chase work. The projects and client relationships are already in place. Your focus will be on technical delivery, project leadership, and mentoring others within a collaborative, high-performing team.

You will be trusted to manage projects properly — with autonomy, support, and genuine respect for your experience.

Skills and Experience

• Degree-qualified Structural Engineer (CPEng or eligible)
• Strong ETABS capability, particularly lateral analysis of mid-rise structures (20+ storeys)
• Demonstrated ability to manage structural projects end-to-end
• Experience guiding and mentoring junior engineers
• A genuine commitment to quality design outcomes and constructability
