What You'll Be Doing

• Working closely with builders, construction teams and senior associates to develop practical, buildable structural solutions
• Taking projects from early contractor involvement through to delivery

• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers and graduates — your first step into leadership
• Collaborating with a national team of specialist structural engineers
• Engaging with advanced digital tools, modelling and analytical methods

Who This Suits
You're a civil/structural engineer with around 6-7 years' experience. You've built a solid foundation in design — but you're ready for more. You might be newly senior, or doing senior-level work without the title yet.
