This role is for a Structural Engineer who wants diverse work, good people, and real flexibility — without the corporate fluff.

We’re partnering with a growing Brisbane consultancy that values autonomy, trust, and engineering done properly. They’re looking for a qualified Structural Engineer (4–5+ years’ experience) who’s ready to step into that Intermediate → Senior transition and keep building their career in a supportive, low-ego environment.

Who This Is For You’ll likely suit this role if you:

• Have 4–5+ years’ experience in building structures design
• Have worked in Australia (local experience strongly preferred)
• Are a clear communicator with clients and internal teams
• Want autonomy, flexibility, and technical growth — not rigid hierarchy
• Are interested in chartership support (now or in the future)
