They’ve created a business that’s respected by Tier 1 builders, major developers, and government clients — and they’re now looking for a senior-level electrical engineer who can step in and operate confidently from day one.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine senior role working across a broad mix of projects including:
- Health, education and transport
- Retail and major mixed-use developments
- Industrial and freight/distribution facilities
- Residential, tourism and high-end apartments
- Sustainable and Green Star-aligned design work
Gold Coast or Brisbane – Your Choice
- Gold Coast office (Surfers): 20 long-term staff, great culture, tight team
- Brisbane office: smaller, quieter, with strong anchors and room to grow
- Flexible location options if you’re based somewhere in between
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is already operating at senior level (with RPEQ or eligible for) and can run projects independently
- Enjoys client-facing consulting and delivering practical design outcomes
- Doesn’t need hand-holding or constant direction
- Wants variety, autonomy, and a calmer environment
- Is over big corporate structures, internal politics, or being micromanaged
- The consultancy is led by a highly experienced, hands-on Managing Director who has built the business on long-term relationships, strong delivery standards, and a genuine team-first culture.
