If you are an experienced Revit Drafter looking to apply your Revit drafting skills within a specialist building services environment, this opportunity will see you producing high-quality documentation for hydraulic services projects across commercial developments.

We are representing a respected engineering consultancy seeking a highly capable Revit Modeller to join their team.

You will work alongside hydraulic designers locally while being supported by the firm’s BIM Manager, who is based remotely.

The Role
Working with hydraulic designers and engineers, you will be responsible for producing detailed Revit Models across a range of commercial projects including:

• Multi-residential developments
• Hospitals and aged care facilities
• Universities and education buildings
• Commercial developments
• Municipal and infrastructure projects

Your responsibilities will include
• Producing detailed Revit Models for hydraulic services
• Converting engineering markups into clear 3D construction drawings; including clash detection/coordination
• Preparing and updating drawing packages for project delivery
• Maintaining drawing standards and documentation accuracy
• Coordinating with designers and the BIM Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Revit and BIM experience

• Experience within hydraulic services, building services or construction drafting is highly regarded; however, candidates with strong Revit Modelling skills from other building services disciplines are also encouraged to apply.

• Ability to interpret engineering markups and produce accurate documentation

• Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy

• Ability to work independently within a consulting or design environment
