If you’re exceptional in Revit and want to use your Revit modelling skills in a specialist building services environment (not a scattered “bit of everything” role), this is for you.

A Brisbane-based building services consultancy with a strong niche in Hydraulics and Wet Fire is building something a little different: a team that doesn’t just model – they improve how modelling gets done using Revit and BIM workflows.


We’re looking for a Revit-capable candidate who is confident on the tools. Even if you’ve only got around 12 months of Revit experience but know this career is your calling, we’d still love to hear from you.

What matters most is strong Revit capability, curiosity, and the drive to get really good at what you do.

The Role;

You’ll work closely with experienced building services professionals including ex-plumbers turned engineers and highly experienced Revit/BIM specialists to model, coordinate and document projects in Hydraulics and Wet Fire.

This is a hands-on modelling role where you’ll learn from people who understand both how services are installed on site and how they should be modelled digitally.

This Role Could Suit Someone Who Is;

• Already working in building services (any discipline)
• Working in another technical modelling environment but wanting to move into building services
• Early in their Revit career but highly capable and motivated to specialise
As long as you can demonstrate real Revit capability and an understanding of coordination and documentation, your background is flexible.

You Might Currently Be;

• A Revit technician or drafter in building services
• A Revit modeller in another discipline (electrical, mechanical, structural or civil)
• A graduate engineer who prefers modelling to design calculations
• A BIM coordinator early in your career wanting to specialise
• Someone with around 12–24 months of Revit experience who knows this is the career path for you

• Coordination experience (clash detection, multi-discipline models)
