  • Manage and inspire a team of structural engineers and technical staff
  • Maintain technical excellence and quality assurance standards

What We’re Looking For
  • 10–20 years’ structural engineering experience with project leadership

  • RPEQ qualification (or clear pathway)
  • Commercial and risk management experience
