A Tier One, blue-chip contractor is growing its VDC team and looking for the next generation of Mechanical Revit drafting talent to step into a role that’s hands-on, future-focused and full of opportunity.
This is not a sit in the corner and draw lines job. You will be working in a modern BIM environment contributing to data-rich models, digital twin workflows and smart building outcomes on technically advanced projects.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for producing detailed mechanical shop drawings and coordinated BIM models while working closely with project and site teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing detailed mechanical services shop drawings using Revit
- Supporting BIM-to-Field workflows that translate models into installation
- Contributing to data-rich BIM models used across the building lifecycle
- Supporting prefabrication modelling and buildability outcomes
- Coordinating with Project Managers, site teams and other trades
- Assisting with model coordination and project delivery requirements
ABOUT YOU
You might be:
- A Mechanical Revit Drafter with junior to intermediate experience ready to step up
- Someone with 2–6 years’ experience in building services / mechanical drafting
- From a contractor OR consultant background
- Looking for more exposure, responsibility and career growth
- Experience using Revit within a mechanical/building services environment
- Understanding of mechanical services layouts and coordination
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate drawings
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with project stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and willingness to keep learning
