Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a talented team of Landscape Architects.
• Maintain technical excellence, design integrity and project delivery standards.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and drive business development.
• Guide design direction and sustainability outcomes across diverse public and private projects.
• Collaborate on long-term business planning and strategic growth initiatives.

What You Bring

• Degree in Landscape Architecture + AILA Registration.
• 10+ years’ professional experience, including leadership and project oversight. Extensive prior experience within the SEQ market essential
• Strong technical foundation across design, documentation, and delivery.
• Confidence managing client relationships, budgets, and team resourcing.
• Drive, initiative, and a commercial mindset — ready to step into ownership.
