The Opportunity
This is a new position — not a backfill, not a gap to plug. It's been created because the team is growing, the work is there, and they want someone who's ready to take the next step.

You've got 3–5 years under your belt in civil design — subdivisions, building civil, or both. You know your way around a set of drawings and you're starting to think beyond the design itself. You want to start managing your own projects, mentoring a junior or graduate, and building the kind of career that compounds over time.

About You
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering; 3–5 years post-graduate experience in civil design for subdivisions or building projects
  • Solid design fundamentals — 12D or Civil 3D experience well regarded
  • Ready to grow beyond the drawing board and into project ownership
  • Strong communicator who works well in a team environment
  • Local SEQ experience highly regarded
