WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
You'll collaborate with our engineering team on a diverse range of challenging projects, acting as the senior design authority while coordinating between external consultants and our construction teams. Your unique position will bridge the gap between design intent and practical implementation.
You'll review hydraulic design deliverables, ensuring they meet Australian Standards, project specifications, and client requirements. Your expertise will help identify coordination issues early and develop practical solutions before they impact construction.

Working closely with BIM specialists, you'll ensure that complex hydraulic systems are properly integrated into the overall building model, reviewing coordination between services, identifying potential issues, and developing practical solutions before they impact construction. Your design coordination responsibilities will include reviewing shop drawings, evaluating constructability, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and Australian Standards.

WHAT TYPE OF PERSON WILL BE SUCCESSFUL
You're an experienced hydraulic engineer who understands both design principles and practical implementation. Your consulting background has given you strong technical skills, but you're now eager to see your designs come to life on-site.

• Engineering qualification with RPEQ or trade qualification with QBCC license
• At least 7 years experience in the local market with complex hydraulic systems
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards and regulations for hydraulic services
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between design teams and construction personnel
• Communication skills that can translate technical complexities into actionable solutions
