You'll take ownership of mechanical building services design across diverse, challenging projects. Rather than being siloed into one sector, you'll work across:
- Complex HVAC system design for premium commercial developments
- Sustainable building services solutions for Green Star rated projects
- Technical oversight of projects across sector requiring precise environmental control
- Collaboration with clients and project teams from concept through to construction completion
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers, sharing your expertise to build our next generation of leaders
We're looking for a mechanical engineer who combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving abilities. Essential requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Building Services
- CPEng and/or RPEQ Registered (or working towards registration)
- Proven experience in leading project teams and managing client relationships
- Strong background in sustainable design and energy efficiency
- Comfortable working across multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards
