- Qualified electrical engineer with 0-3 years of experience working in Building Services or, if you are just starting out, you have actively chosen the building services industry as your career path and are able to demonstrate this
- Someone who takes pride in their work and is curious about how things work
- Good communicator who wants to learn how to explain technical concepts without the jargon
- Eager to learn and excited about mentorship
- Comfortable with (or willing to learn) AutoCAD and Revit
- Motivated by solving challenges
