Your role will be critical in delivering exceptional community infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
- Monthly certification of progress claims
- Review and submission of cash flows
- Monthly review of project programs
- Management of request for information (RFIs) and variations
- Coordination of contractor interfaces
- Conducting comprehensive quality audits
- Managing weekly meetings, including council interactions
- Thoughtfully designed residential neighborhoods
- Strategic placement of shops and schools
- Recreational facilities
- Integrated transport hub access
- Carefully planned green spaces
We're seeking a civil engineer who thrives on making a tangible impact. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience (flexibility for slightly more or less experience)
- Strong skills in site engineering and construction engineering
- Any contract administration capabilities highly regarded
- Proven ability to manage complex project communications
- A passion for creating sustainable, well-designed communities
