Established over 50 years ago, our client is proud of the truly collaborative team they boast, based in the heart of Brisbane city. They are a cohesive group of quality focussed civil and structural engineers, designers and drafters, who enjoy coming together to contribute to solutions to often complex engineering projects.
They currently search for a like-minded Civil Drafter to join their pack and strengthen their documentation team, and wider design skills in the long term.
The Opportunity
You’ll provide detailed drawings, plans and sections on projects that range roading and highways to water and waste facilities and complex ports. Your career growth will be hard and fast in design, and as part of a multi-disciplined team so there is opportunity to expand further in Revit and BIM (Navisworks) with support from an experienced design team.
What you’ll need:
- at least 3 years’ experience in civil documentation for projects across either transport infrastructure, urban or municipal projects in Australia
- Relevant formal TAFE qualifications
- Expert Autocad skills; any experience in 12D or equivalent highly regarded
- Access to challenging and unusual engineering feats (it's what this business is known for)
- Very open, supportive and flexible team environment, CBD offices, deliver together (flexible conditions, but not remote)
- Opportunities to broaden your software skills; into 12D, 12D Drainage and Revit if this interests you; digital engineering leadership
