Meet Susan Moore
Originally from South Africa, Susan’s diverse career began in Hotel Management and Catering. She traveled the world as an onboard chef for South African Airways, worked in London, and spent time on private yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean before settling in Australia in 2003.
Susan transitioned to recruitment in 2005 with Hays, focusing on Design Engineering within the Resources and Mining sectors—a field she grew passionate about. She joined RecruitR in 2007, working alongside Mahlah and Simone, and later held roles as an Internal Recruiter and Recruitment Supervisor at Bechtel Mining & Metals in Brisbane. After a break from recruitment to help her husband grow his residential building business, Susan returned to recruitment in 2021, driven by her love for the industry.
