Media Release - Brisbane recruitment firm set to make its mark... again (20-08-0...
BRISBANE, 20 August, 2008: Dynamic Brisbane-based recruitment firm RecruitR has announced the launch of their new branding and corporate image to coincide with their move to new headquarters and the re-launch of the firm's extensively redeveloped website on September 1st.
The release of RecruitR's dramatic new red and black image marks another milestone in the company's ambitious expansion strategy, which has seen RecruitR's three 30-something directors, Mahlah Ludekens, Clinton Moore and Simone Moore, take the company from a two person start-up to a multi-million dollar per annum turnover in less than two years.
Director Clinton Moore said the decision to overhaul the company's existing image was vital to help take RecruitR to its next level of growth.
"RecruitR has always been a dynamic company, so it was essential that our image and branding reflected the energy and enthusiasm of our business," Mr Moore said.
"After all, when we launched the business in 2006, we set our sights on
defining and influencing the future of our industry, and setting new
expectations for the way the recruitment industry should be.
"The essence of the RecruitR business is not about doing the same as other recruitment firms, but about doing it right - which is an attitude that's reflected though all facets of our business.
"We believe our new branding has encapsulated that vision, and suits our bold, forward thinking approach," he said.
The company engaged well-known author and brand marketing specialist, Jane Toohey to manage and implement the comprehensive rebranding and website redevelopment process.
Ms Toohey said the concept for the new brand was inspired by the long term
vision RecruitR directors had for the business.
"It has been an enjoyable and rewarding process because the three directors are so focussed and results driven.
"Finding the right way of conveying that sense of commitment and resolve
RecruitR demonstrates to their clients meant finding a strong, stand-alone
logo and positioning statement that could match up to the company's past
successes and plans for future growth.
"We felt using a combination of no-nonsense black and a rich, vibrant and
dynamic red in the new logo perfectly illustrated RecruitR's bold and
dynamic approach to the recruitment process, which is reflected in their
new positioning statement-RecruitR 'the way it should be'," she said.
RecruitR's new corporate image and website will launch on September 1, to
coincide with the move to their new CBD headquarters and will be
accompanied by an extensive promotional merchandise program with gifts for
clients, candidates and staff.
