Clinton Moore

Clinton Moore is a Director and Co-founder of RecruitR, and has nine years of international recruitment experience in Australian and the UK. Clinton has had more than five years of experience managing large teams within the recruitment industry.

Together with his two co-directors, Clinton has set his sights on defining and influencing the future of the recruitment industry, and setting new expectations for the way it should be.

From inception, he and the business' co-founders were determined that the RecruitR business would be different from other recruitment firms, refusing to play the numbers game of taking on as many candidates as possible.

Based on this commitment, Clinton's goal is to continue building RecruitR's reputation on the strength of the company's stringent evaluation processes-- ensuring the company only represents the right types of candidates and that those candidates have the opportunity to be placed in the best possible roles, that suit their needs and career aspirations.
