Mahlah Ludekens

Graduating in 1999 with a Degree in tourism and marketing from Monash University, Mahlah describes herself as a woman who loves a challenge and thrives on competition.

In her role as a co-founder, Director and Senior Recruitment Consultant, Mahlah encourages the company's recruitment staff to continually challenge themselves to seek to better themselves and their performance, to stretch themselves to become the best recruiters they can possibly be. She appreciates the fact that to not only be successful but to excel in the recruitment industry RecruitR's focus needs to be on building the dynamics of a group of likeminded people.

It was Mahlah's competitive streak that saw her tackle the male-dominated world of building services when she started out in the recruitment business, then turn her hand to EPCM (Engineering Procurement Construction Management), leading the way in this niche recruitment sector in Queensland with great success. It is this fearlessness and thirst for challenge that makes Mahlah the great motivator of the RecruitR leadership team.

Her deep personal belief in morally correct recruitment and in RecruitR's ethical approach to the recruiting process plays a key role in her willingness to go out and win business for the company, and to encourage her staff to demonstrate integrity in all their dealings with clients and candidates alike.
